Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the NoSpoil iOS application (“the app”) developed by Sky-High.
By downloading, installing, or using NoSpoil, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
1. Description of Service
NoSpoil is a food expiry tracking application that helps users monitor grocery expiration dates, reduce food waste, and manage their pantry. The app provides features including barcode scanning, expiry tracking, recipe suggestions, shopping lists, and food waste analytics.
2. Use of the App
You may use NoSpoil for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your data.
3. Account and Data
NoSpoil does not require account registration. All your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, app deletion, or any other cause.
4. Subscriptions
4.1 NoSpoil Pro
NoSpoil offers a premium subscription (“NoSpoil Pro”) with additional features. The subscription is available in the following plans:
Weekly: $1.49 per week (3-day free trial)
Monthly: $3.99 per month (7-day free trial)
Annual: $24.99 per year (7-day free trial)
Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region based on App Store pricing. Actual prices will be displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
4.2 Billing
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
4.3 Free Trial
If offered, the free trial period begins when you subscribe and lasts for the specified duration. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited once you purchase a subscription. You will not be charged during the free trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
4.4 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Product Information Disclaimer
NoSpoil retrieves product information from third-party databases (Open Food Facts and UPCitemdb). While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of product data including product names, brands, nutritional information, or Nutri-Score ratings.
The app’s expiry date tracking is based on dates entered by the user. NoSpoil does not determine whether food is safe to consume. Expiry dates, storage tips, and spoilage signals provided in the app are general guidelines only. Always use your own judgment and senses to determine whether food is safe to eat. When in doubt, discard the item.
6. Recipe Suggestions Disclaimer
Recipe suggestions are provided by TheMealDB, a third-party service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any recipe. Users should consider their own dietary restrictions, allergies, and food safety practices when following any recipe.
7. Food Storage Tips Disclaimer
Food storage tips, shelf life estimates, and spoilage indicators provided in the app are general guidelines based on commonly available food safety information. They are not professional food safety advice. Actual shelf life may vary based on storage conditions, product quality, and other factors. NoSpoil is not responsible for any illness or harm resulting from following storage tips or consuming food tracked in the app.
8. Intellectual Property
NoSpoil and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sky-High and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sky-High shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app
Any conduct or content of any third party, including product information from external databases
Any food safety decisions made based on information provided by the app
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the product information or recipe data will be accurate or reliable.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Apple’s Standard EULA
In addition to these Terms, your use of NoSpoil is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for licensed applications, available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdfula/
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
